Boise Bike Bar is rented on an hourly basis. It will tour Boise, Eagle, Meridian and Nampa. Please check out our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page for more information.

Pricing Per Hour

*$25 additional charge per hour for Boise State Football Home Game days

Hours

• 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Daily

Payment

• All tours require a 50% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure your dated and time. All tours need to be paid in full 7 days prior to departure of tour. We will require a credit or debit card for all payments. 

Cancellations

• Cancellations with a 30+ days notice will be 100% refunded
• Cancellations within 7 and 30 days will be honored with a 50% refund of full tour price or a 90 day rain check will be issued
• Cancellations within 7 days will not be refunded, but a 90 day rain check will be issued

Violations That May Incur A Fee

• Boise Bike Bar reserves the right to charge your credit card for any violations of our policies, late returns or abandoned tours. 
• There is a $25 fee charged to your credit card for every 10 minutes the Bike Bar is returned last as we need to get ready for the next scheduled tour. You may wonder how this could be returned late, but remember your party is the gas to get this Bike Bar going!
• Damage to the Boise Bike Bar will result in a charge of $250 or the cost of repair whichever is greater.
